Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal has released its opinion holding that Florida’s ban on homosexual adoption is unconstitutional. The National Center for Adoption Law & Policy joined several other professional organizations and law school clinics in filing amicus curiae briefs in support of F.G., the adoptive father.
